AGA 2023
Hello dear HRS members,
This year, our association's AGM will be held virtually on May 11th at 7:00 p.m. For those who wish to participate, please send your name, that of your child, as well as your email address to ceduleurhrs@gmail.com. We will be able to provide you with the information to connect to it when it becomes available.
We currently have 4 positions up for election to the Board, 3 positions for a two-year term and 1 for a 1-year term. Following the election of the candidates at the AGM, the functions occupied by each are defined at the first meeting of the Board. The positions require many volunteer hours during the season, periodic meetings and a desire above all to be there for the benefit of all young players. Note that the positions are unpaid.
Candidates interested in applying for a position on the Board must have a child registered with the HRS Minor Hockey Association and must indicate their interest, by sending their name and contact details to ceduleurhrs@gmail.com, no later than Friday, the 21st April, before midnight.
